In a recent interview with the Operations Director and Managing director of LCV Engineering, they were asked “What is your management style?”
After a moment of thought, taking a second to reflect on the current LCV project Mr & Mr Richards as seen below…

” We both firmly believe in the hands on approach to management, lead by example.” They both agree. “A problem is never to big that we cannot overcome it. My father has pretty much built the business on the fact we can do anything. ” Explains Donovan. “It’s something we pride ourself on”

Office space…
When one goes to work, getting stuck in traffic – and stressing about endless phone messages you need to return, deadlines, staff, bosses; these are normal things - one never really gives much thought to ones offices.
Until you have no office.
Container offices.
Getting it done
You learn to get things done, to work around the rain – the fact plugs fall out, printers don’t ALWAYS work.

Over the month of December LCV took on the great adventure of moving factory. From our home of over 20 years in Denver, to our new home in Alrode.
It has been an exciting, interesting and sometimes painful month. No doubt if we had to move again – we would all have lists of things we should do, how we would do these things and a FAR better idea of a timeline to work with!
The new factory is larger, giving us more space for larger fabrication jobs, better flow of production and place for expansion. Just to remind everyone the new details are…

With ease of use and rather pleasing on the eye, LCV Engineering is proud to launch their new website.All care has been taken to ensure that while visiting www.lasercut.co.za one is able to contact the company as simply as possible, be it via email, phone, fax twitter or skype.
